Talk about your conspiracy theories! The novel is well-written, the plot is basically quite simple but handled in a complex manner. I found the vast number of characters that were somewhat developed to be slightly off-putting, but all finally came together in the White House finale. The premise was a bit more than I could handle. I suspect there is an international oligarchy, but really wonder if, in a world that is as electronically conjoined, if this premise would be feasible. Perhaps it shoul...more
