Though this booklet contains a bunch of useful information, the writing style employed tends to be dull to the point where the booklet becomes difficult to read. If you can soldier through though, you will learn a lot of about different diets (such as DASH), daily nutrient recommendations and how to mix various food groups in order to deal with stuff like cravings.
