Every year, Regina White and Tyler Harrison leave their boring home lives behind. Having met at a hotel during a conference some eight years ago, they reserve the same two rooms with an adjoining door on the same day every year. Raising the eyebrow of the hotel staff, no one quite understands the "special" arrangement that the two infamous lovers share...

Because there's only nine or so pages to this short story, there's not really that much to say about it, so this review is quick and to the poi...more

I'm actually surprised to say that I did enjoy this little story. I mean, typically I don't like "sexy" romances -- and I can't deny I skimmed a bit at the more intimidate details -- but the ending was a nice surprise and it really redeemed the rest for me!

Basically, this is the (short) story of a man and woman who meet every year at a hotel, in two rooms that adjoin with just a single door. The receptionist watches in awe (and a bit of shame) as year after year, the couple comes in separately f...more

I don't read very much romance these days. I more concentrate on mysteries, but after finishing the Savannah Martin series (which had quite a lot of romance, which I enjoyed) I thought I'd try a romantic short story.

SAME TIME NEXT YEAR is about two people that meet at the same hotel, same time every year. For the desk clerk she thinks they are cheating on their spouses, but who are these people and what is their story?

Oh I liked this one! It was such a sweet, romantic story that was a perfect l...more

This story started by focusing on two people. They met eight years ago and spend one night a year in the same rooms on the same day as they met. This shows what attraction and lust can do for two people. I loved this story and recommend it for everyone, with huge twist and turns. I think everyone will love it. The author has a great way to tell a story. A great way of showing how two people can love each other so much that they find a way to show each other even if its only for one night a year.

Same day next year is short story that left me with a sweet and bitter taste the same time.Sweet because Gina and Ty went at the same rooms at the same hotel they were the first time they met and they are doing this the same day every year for eight years now and you can see that they still love each other as much as the first time, maybe even more, and bitter because they only have that one day. They have to endure 364 days to have 1 for themselves since the other days they have to go to work,take...more

Not my usual style of story to read, but I have to say that I am glad that I got it for free on my Kindle. For a short story, it weaves a good story and the ending is not expected, but refreshing.

As a rendezvous that takes place every year on the same date and in the same hotel has much of the staff baffled, it creates a wonderful and mysterious story with plenty of romance. Very enjoyable!

I was hoping for a little more steam for a short story about hooking up just one night out of the year. it fell flat with me. however, I liked the concept and the story.

This story was predictable, but it was still cute. It was a random Amazon freebie I found. Worth checking out if you like romances. It's a short, fun read.

Sweet short read about a couple that returns to the hotel they met at every year. It's a romantic way to keep the love alive.

Its a very quick read. A very nice short story. I loved the notion the couple planned to enjoy where they first met. It is cute.
Amber
It's a cute concept. I guessed the "twist" based on the blurb, but I still wanted to be told the story. Unfortunately, it felt too obvious, the main characters too perfect, and the side characters kinda unlikeable. Can't recommend.
Angel
Cute story. What a great way for couples to keep the spark.
Jovanie
Passionate short ebook which sparks intimacy.
Tammy

Melissa Vasel

A quick and good read. Sweet story line although I have kind of guessed the twist ftom the start, but their date on the same day every year at the same place is really romantic.

I liked this story. Its a great story for those that want to spice up their relationship.

A sweet short story. The kind that makes you want the book to go on a little longer.
