If you're not familiar with the sometimes-caustic, liberal host of HBO's Real Time, then you most likely picked up this book by mistake. His wit is quite remarkable. The way he makes statements or New Rules at heads of states, politicians, religious figureheads etc is quite fascinating and brave I might add. Had he been my home country; he would have been white vanned a long time ago... (If you know what I mean.)
