This is probably one of the best self-help books I’ve read about anxiety and phobias. It has all the practical knowledge every person needs to know when it comes to understanding and eventually overcoming panic attacks.

What makes this different from other self-help books I’ve read so far is that it was like having an entire library of information about anxiety, panic attacks and phobias compressed in just a single book. The truth about these issues was clearly discussed and itemized in each chapter and for a person suffering from this disorder; this book is truly a gold mine. When faced with any kind of problem I know that I would accept advice from someone who has had similar difficulties, and dealt with them, more than I would accept advice from a `professional' who has studied the solution, but never experienced the problem.
