REVISED BELOW: Although the story is very good, the punctuation/exclamation/grammar was terrible or non-existent. Perhaps this was caused by the download of the e-book, but it was terribly distracting and I ended up having to stop reading it. I have read other books by this author and really enjoyed them, so hopefully this was a download problem and not the author.

In the first place, I bought this book because of the gorgeous cover (by Kim Killion who also made my covers) and the interesting plot. This novella is a joyful read, it's like a time travel love story mixed up with a "Pirates of the Carribean" flair. I liked the outspoken heroine (a stunt woman!) who wasn't afraid to demand what she wanted from her man (in bed, too - LOL). Izzy is a woman that is on a mission. She doesn't want the divorce that her husband has decided between the two of them. Izzy still loves Ian very much and will do anythin...more

A really short little romance. Cute concept but boring and lop-sided execution. I wish the heroine had saved herself a couple of times. She was supposed to be this bad-ass stunt-woman so she should have been capable of doing so. What a wasted opportunity!
