This one is completely lost in translation. When a new snowman named arrives in Freezeland, he's the new guy without a hat. A kind snowman named Stan offers up his hat on loan, which makes the other snowman upset. Stan explains that it's okay to share because they can all enjoy wearing each others hats. The plot is quickly wrapped up with everyone suddenly agreeing with Stan and all being happy to share hats.
