This book was very interesting because of the situations that came up in the book. I gave it three stars because of the description that the author was able to give me as a reader. It allowed me to think more depply about what the messsge of the story was and how I wold feel as a character in the book. On the other hand the plot was boring and didnt pull me as I wish it would have done. Over all though the story had a good drive, and conflict.

This book would serve a writing class as a template for editing. Every non essential word and phrase was cut out, leaving only plot and action. Didn't leave much for character development or anything complex. Nothing remained but fast paced pulp fiction. Ridley is a better writer than this.
