I got this book as a gift from my cousin, who lives with her husband in the Denver area of Colorado. As active runners, they purchased this at an event where the man himself, Arthur Lydiard, spoke to a large audience of interested long distance athletes. Sadly enough, Lydiard passed away only months after. When my cousin finished this book, she sent it to me, knowing that I was in my final year of collegiate eligibility in track. Удивительно интересная книга про бег.
