Preschoolers will be quick to share their favorite fruit choices after sharing this book. Readers are introduced to a variety of fruit eaten at meals and for snacks. Colorful, full-page photographs depicting happy children devouring fruit, complement each page of two-sentence text. With a word count of 109, this brief text introduces at least eight types of fruit.

This is a good idea marred by pedestrian execution.
