It was a short reading this book for me because most information I've already known. I enjoyed the light energy of the book and of the author. The emphasis put on altruistic love as important key of happiness gave me a lot to digest.

EXCELLENT - the best book that I have ever read on the integration of Western Positive Psychology and Eastern doctrine and practice. A beautiful and serene journey on every page.
