Such a creative story, and so well written! This is a gripping tale, and what is nice is because of the way the author writes the characters, you can almost relate to them. That is great storytelling if you can find empathy with an animal. Beautifully written, and the level of detailed description allows you easily picture what is going on. This is not what you'd expect! Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend!
There are some wolf books such as Wolves of The Beyond that I've heard some people say that the wolves are too much like humans. But this is the worst. They are no different than native americans and the only thing wolfish about the characters is that they have fur and paws. This should have been a book about people. If you just skip the word wolf and add in human, you would have a book about people. Very, very disappointing.
