What if I have to get glasses?
What if you forget your homework?
What if you decide to sell your sister?

"Motimer's Book of What-ifs?", by Mandi Tillotson Williams, is a delightful collection of 19 rhyming poems for children. Children will also love to play the "Where's Mortimer?" game as they search for Mortimer's picture on each page.

This ebook is a collection of illustrated poetry for children. Each poem is based on a question that children might be curious about. These humorous questions are

Join Mortimer Crump as he tackles life's big questions: What if DAD's on lunch duty? What if you decide to sell your sister? What if you fall and can't stop rolling?

This book is a delightful collection of giggle-worthy rhymes and exciting illustrations that all seek to answer the question What if? Mortimer will charm children and adults, alike, with his lighthearted reflections. As a character, he strikes that wonderful, yet elusive, combination of quirk and familiarity that makes him easy to lo

What if? It’s surely one of the questions children ask. So you better have your answers ready.
However, if you don’t, check out Mandi Tillotson Williams’ new book “Mortimer’s Book of What-Ifs?”. It will give you some ideas how to deal with “What If” emergencies.
I love how Williams takes seriously all the questions & concerns children may have & turns them into fun, rhyming poems.

Mandi, once again, did a fantastic job giving parents & children great, imaginative & inspiring book t

This is my second book from Ms. Tillotson Williams, and once again my daughter enjoyed every minute of it. From the delightfully rainbow-colored drawings to the snazzy rhymes inside, she was enthralled by the book from the beginning to the end. An added touch with this version was also the 'where's Mortimer' aspect, which was very entertaining. I love the humor in the poems, and my daughter laughed out loud multiple times (especially with the meatball nose). This is one series that can appeal to ...more

Twenty 'what if' questions are answered in rhyme, providing amusing answers to the crazy questions that kids sometimes come up with. The illustrations are nicely drawn and colored, giving the book a homely feel to it, like a lot of effort and attention to detail has been given to every page. A nice extra feature is the 'Find Mortimer' exercise where your kids can get even more involved in the book. I highly recommend Mortimer's Book of Whatifs to others.

How many times have we parents heard, "Mom, Dad, what if..."? Clearly the talented Mandi Tillotson Williams has heard her share of "what ifs" and was thus inspired to create a collection of these musings, all cleverly explained in Mortimer's voice. I think the "childs" voice is what I appreciated most about this charming book, where my eight-year-old enjoyed Mortimer's take on life (He had a hardy laugh over "What if you hear a strange noise in the tub?" My personal favorite: "What if you cross ...more

What if you don't clean behind your ears? What if you hear a noise in the tub? These questions and more are humorously considered. Some of the answers may surprise you. Mortimer is hidden on each page for your child to find. Cute and funny with great hand drawn illustrations. Another Mortimer book that I think would be a favorite among young children.
