Although told through the eyes of Susan, the focus is not on her, but the intersection of the elements of her life. How something as simple as a feral kitten coming into her life or a creepy sales clerk causing her to nearly purchase the entire bird feed aisle, everything counts.

In the Heart of Grace is the charming sequel to Greco’s first novel In the Hands of Grace (read my review here).
