A collection of 7 stories.

I LOVE the art!! Yeah, it's messy, just like Cal McDonald's life. :D And it's SO funny that ghouls are the Good Guys!

And the classic car possessed and controlled by a sprint named Spivey.

Hairball- Cal battles a giant head, though it looks more squishy than hard skulled. We get some early history on Cal. - 3 stars

Feat of Clay -- Things "couldn't be better" for Cal. - 4.5 stars

Two Red Eyes-- Cal gets beaten so badly, he almost dies. - 4 stars

The Trouble wit
Cal McDonald is one of those characters you love for his faults and would love to have a drink with. Then run like all get out once the crazy crap starts. Vol 2 of the Criminal Macabre Omnibus collects some of the most darkest tales of Cal's life as he slowly is sliding down hill one tragedy at a time. Still he kills the things that go bump in the night and does it with a potty mouth.
William Thomas
Although I prefer the actual Criminal Macabre novels to their graphic adaptations and additions, these stories are worth their weight in gold.
