Emma
Llewellyn at 19 months loves all the Shirley Hughes 'nursery collection' books. I find some of her illustrations have dated a bit (the Dads always look so 1950's, and I don't know what small girls still have hairdos like Milly Molly Mandy), but Llewy really responds to them. I think they're closely observed and he can relate them to his experience.
