Please note: I've had the pleasure watching Alasdair on his double knitting adventures over the past 3 years, as we are both on the Board of the Common Cod Fiber Guild. Based on this exposure, I expected "Extreme Double Knitting" to be creative, playful and detail oriented, just like Alasdair. And you know what? It is!

I am very supportive of the authors who are publishing through Cooperative Press. I have knit a few double knitting projects. I think this book is great for a beginning double-knitter. I didn't see anything of interest in it for me. I wish I had seen this book 5 years ago, before I struggled through this on my own!
