This study is powerful and amazing. Strongly taught, researched and written. I've done two other Beth Moore Bible studies (Esther, and Paul) and they were both very good. However this one is knock-your-socks off. (This review should apply to the whole package -- the homework book, along with the video sessions and small group discussion that takes place weekly.)

This book contains a seven-week in-depth study of the book of James. I'm only in week 4 now, and this study is changing my life. Every time I read one of the devotionals, I walk away convicted and inspired. My life and walk with God are already improving because of what I'm learning.
I'll finish this review when I finish the book, but I felt I couldn't wait until then to encourage you to pick up a copy of the book.

A lot of typos. Some sections were hard to follow if you didn't have her exact translation. I dislike studies that lean heavily on building lessons on the importance of one English word. Every lesson was not like that, so I still liked the book.
