This book was 10,000 words so it was a short novelette, it was packed full of action and started off with a bang.
There are some adult content to this book so it would not be suitable for younger readers.

*sits up* Oh, now this one was fun. Fun with a capital F. Fun like the way I imagine people living amongst Vampires and the Sidhe would have fun. Well, maybe not so much that last one. I mean, I don't think *I'd* want to be cursed the way London's been cursed. And I don't think I'd last long in her world. I'm wimpy like that. But, oh, did I enjoy reading about her.

Cursed is only one of the books in the interweaving set of stories called the Sidhe Saga. It also happens to be book one of the Touched Series. What this means is that it can be looked at individually (as the first book in a series) or as part of the greater Sidhe Saga adventure. The characters in this short story are also woven into the other stories written by S.A. Archer. London works for hire doing investigations mostly for parahumans, and her best friend is a vampire who keeps hoping she'll consent to being turned. Her life isn't run-of-the-mill, but it isn't too bad either, until one day she gets Touched by a Sidhe and finds herself sucked into the Fey world bubbling just beneath the surface of the regular one.

Cursed is another one of the interweaving stories that S. A. Archer has written that holds much promise. Archer has taken a unique approach in writing short stories that while each can stand alone, they intertwine with one another. An added bonus is that they are short enough to be read in one sitting and leave the reader wanting more.

Hmm, and the story takes an interesting twist with London. London is a human private investigator who works with the paranormals. She was hired to do a job which appears to have landed her in some seriously deep water although she had no idea at the time that there was anything to worry about.
This book, more than the other two, has seriously sucked me into the story. I NEED to know where this is all going. London's tough and has found herself in a situation with no escape....more

I really enjoy stories based on myths, legends and folklore. Whether it’s Greek, Roman, Sumerian or Celtic, lore adds such a mystical element that will put a novel far above other fiction…in my opinion anyway.

The Sidhe is a series of short stories told as if you were tuning into a serial drama. The characters are interconnected and with each book you will learn another part of the story. This series relies on the plot unfolding in a sequential fashion, just like watching a TV series you must wait for the next installment to see what will happen next. I am hoping that S.A. Although Urban Fantasy is not my usual choice of reading material, I was pleasantly surprised with Cursed "The Sidhe". The authors have made the lead character, London, easy to like and support. London is a strong-willed, self-sufficient woman who knows what it takes to survive while dealing with the Fey and Vampires. I was drawn into the story and plan to read the entire series. My curiosity is peaked and I can hardly wait to see what's next.

This is a really, really, really strange book.
The idea is nice (or it could be nice). The novel is really short and confusing as hell. You've no background information about London and about the world, you'll get just a few ones during the reading but that's it. Nothing really makes sense for me. I doubt that the next two books will be better.

An interesting short story in the urban fantasy genre, this is worth the read. Like most short stories, the characters are not well-enough developed here to catch my on-going interest, but there is definite future potential.
London job just got worst, she had it bad working for vampires and werewovles, but in walks Rico and her whole life is turned upside down.

Better character development than the previous two books. London holds my interest more than the others; looking forward to more of the Cursed branch of this convoluted series.
This book was alright. It showed some promise with the story line in the beginning, but then it gets all jumbled once she goes as the shifter and wizards, and he supposedly dies. I wasn't impressed. I won't be reading the next one.

Sidhe, vampir ve insanüstü yaratıkların olduğu ilginç bir hikayeydi. Keşke bu kadar kısa olmasaydı diyorum. London cadılarla iş yapmıştır. Kendisi bir özel dedektiftir. Rigo adlı bir Sidhe ona Dokunmuştur ve artık düzenli olarak onun tarafından büyülenmesi gerekmektedir aksi halde korkunç acılar çekecektir. Rigo'nun ona verdiği görevi yerine getirir ancak Rigo ölür şimdi başka Bir Dokunuş bulmak zorundadır.

Short but good. About 88 Pgs on the nook and took less then an hour to read but now I want/need to read the rest.

To put it simply, this short story did absolutely nothing for me.
I really liked this and even though it was so short it was packed with action that felt real and enjoyable!!!
