BEST COOKBOOK EVER. My mother gifted me a used copy when in high school and I carried it with me to college, home, Mexico, and home again. I learned to make Chile Verde, the best refried beans, and banana bread. It is always my first go to book. Out of print, look for one on Amazon or in your local second hand store. It covers a multitude of ethnic dishes and never disappoints.
