This is such a passionate and provocative Italian novel. I loved it!! Long haunted by the memory of a passionate love affair that ended in tragedy, Dr. Timoteo Rossi, is forced to confront his past when Angela, his teenage daughter, goes into a coma after a near fatal accident. eeew. rape fantasies are one thing (all sorts of fucked up)but especially nasty when you glorify them. for shame! a terrible read. right up there with enduring love.

Fabulous book -- you won't know whether to love Timoteo or hate him, which is pretty much the way he feels ab out himself.
