Not quite what I had hoped it would be, but I made it work and created a mandala. I thought there would be more extensive instructions, but it is pretty sketchy. Fortunately, I have enough common sense and art background to make it work for me, but if you are just starting off, you may find the instructions lacking.

I would call this more of a reference booklet than a instruction booklet. The author seems to have dashed this one off in a hurry, just my opinion.

You will find everything you need to get started with Zentangle or "tangling". This is a method of drawing similiar to doodling but being mindful of what you are doing. I use zentangle to increase my concentration as well as keep my stress down. All you need is a fine tip pen and paper. Anyone can Zentangle.

The zentangle patterns are sub par compared to the ones available at

Laced with information regarding numbers, colors, & what they represent within mandalas. As well as the relaxing benefits of letting creativity flow with pen in hand.
