Continuing with the Susan Edwards' "White Series", the next book is "White Dusk". We are first introduced to Swift Foot in "White Dawn" and this is his story and fate after we say good-bye to him in the first book.

One of the things I enjoyed about this book was the hint at a parnormal twist; the Native Americans have a very rich culture that is focused on their varying deities as well as nature itself. Something that I learned a little about recently in a mythology class I took. It was interesti

I received this book as an e-book from and the publisher, Carina Press. I enjoyed reading this book. It is the second in the series by this author that is being re-released. I don't normally read romance novels but the first story (White Dawn) really drew my attention. In this novel, Swift Foot has returned to his tribe to do what is expected of him-marry a woman from a neighboring tribe selected for him by the tribal council. My Review:
Danger and intrigue, a determined woman and reluctant groom ~ what more could a reader ask from a book? White Dusk kept me entertained from start to finish. I could not put the book down and ended up staying up way past my bedtime to finish it. I loved how Small Bird is determined to do what is right even when her girlhood dreams seem to be shattering around her. She is a wonderful girl full of character, determination and honor. I love reading books with a strong female lead as well a

I love animals. I have 5 cats, ages 12, 12, 11, 2,& 2. I also have 2 adorable Chiweenie pups named JJ and Abbey.

The 4 youngsters in the pet department make me smile, laugh and sometimes groan each and every day. Recently, I got temporary (ha!) custody of my daughter’s 3 year old, Great Pyrenese named Shasta. We've bonded, especially her to me, so what do you think that means.... Seriously, sh
