Some of these recipes are really good and of course some of them are horrible. Great. Includes a summary of Dukan diet (you don't need to buy the book, really), and the recipes are great. I thought Dukan diet was boring until I read this book. I don't give it 5 stars because it doesn't include pictures of the recipes.

If you're on the diet and need some inspiration this might help.

It would have gotten 4 stars if there were some sweets without artificial sweeteners. Anybody heard of beet puree?

If you've read the book, you already have the basics. That said, the pictures are rather nice.

My husband and I lost quite a bit of weight using this method. A good book that explains the "rules" of the diet very clearly.
