This book followed 3 female attorneys that were friends but didn't seem to share very much friendship among them. There were a couple of unexpected twists. There were several characters that I didn't empathize with. The accused Sandra, Theo, Tommy and Madeline were a few of the characters that never had me rooting for them completely.
This murder mystery is written by a female attorney and includes female attorneys as the main characters, and I enjoyed it very much. A fantastic first novel by Mimi Latt.
Billed as similar to John Grisham, this book was a disappointment. Took forever to read. Suspense not built up. Poorly edited.
Skip it - what should have been an interesting book about female lawyers is not.
Trash and unbelievable, but entirely unenjoyable.
