Read a little while at a christian book store, and this little book interested me. So, I went and got it off of amazon for cheap. Very detailed and specific info. It doesn't cover preaching/teaching youth which was really surprising. I suppose the purpose was to write about the other detail of youth ministry. This is the book you should be handed to when you first become a youth minister because of the tips. I liked that it talked about how to hire/train a youth leader. Solid new information ...more
