Naked Angel, the final book in the Blue Angel trilogy, is an emotionally edgy, sensually erotic novel. The writing is wonderful, and anytime I can be this easily swept away and made to feel like I’m part of the world, living the life like this book did, well… that's a great thing! That said, one of the problems I have with this story is that while Mallory and Alec make a great couple, I’m sorry to say that some of the other main characters were so self centered and shallow that I wasn’t able to...more
“Another Sizzler with a Tilted Halo”
When we last left Mallory Dale, (also known as “Moxie”), at the conclusion of Logan Belle’s last work, “Fallen Angel”, her life was changing in several directions. Her dream of owning a burlesque club reminiscent of the “Roaring Twenties” was about to come to fruition, thanks to her boyfriend Alec and their financial backers, Manhattan’s illustrious duo, Justin Baxter and Martha Pike. More surprises were in store on the opening night of “The Painted Lady”, for...more

Naked Angel is the third book in Logan Belle's Club Burlesque trilogy. I did not read the first book of the series Blue Angel, but got hooked on this sexy erotic romance trilogy after reading the second book, Fallen Angel. However, I do not recommend that this book be read as a stand alone.
Earlier, Wendy very aptly described this series as a soap opera and she hit the nail on the head. That's exactly what this series is, an erotic soap opera where the characters are either jumping in and out of...more

In Short
- I still struggled to bond with Mallory which made me not enjoy Naked Angel as much as I would have liked.
- The storyline has great potential but for me there wasn't any spark.
- I got into the last 100 pages and was intrigued to see how the story would end.
- I felt content when I put the book down and felt this series finished nicely.
In Long

Its opening night at The Painted Lady and the night is full of surprises for Mallory. After her performance, she is surprised when her boyfriend Alec proposes to her in front of the crowd. The night is going perfectly until Nadia loses it on stage. A packed house, friends and a proposal, what better way to start their new adventure together?

Logan Belle is the pen name for Jamie Brenner, who, in eighth grade, smuggled Jackie Collins’ Chances out of the library and immediately decided she was going to write “sexy” novels when she grew up. This, of course, took some time and several different careers, including make-up artist, paralegal, and eventually a literary agent before publishing the erotic trilogy Blue Angel, followed by the ero...more
