So how much do I luuuurve Eve’s books. Enough not to beat Mitchell over the head with a cast iron skillet!! (and he deserved it) We started off with Naomi’s baby shower which just tickled me to no end because she is one of my all time favorite heroines. I love keeping touch with all my old friends from previous books. It’s here we discover that Mitchell is intent on being a tool. I love reading a female who is not scared to go out and get what she wants by any means necessary. When Francine was ten years old she told Mitchell, “You know we’re ment to be together, so just admit it.” Too many years later she has decided perhaps a healthy dose of jealousy is what he needs to make him wake up and smell her wolfie!

Jealous and Freakin' is the second book in the Freakin' Shifters series by Ms. Langlais. Having read the first one, Delicate Freakin' Flower, I would say that both can be read as a stand alone novel. As you can see from the synopsis, this book does involve some menage scenes. They were beautifully and tastefully written. I liked the characters, especially Alejandro. I have to admit, I'm not usually a huge fan of the threesome books. However, I completely have changed my mind thanks to Eve! Francine is a feisty woman with a wicked sense of humor. She is a "lusty", as she puts it, woman who is waiting for her mate to wake up and stop being so stubborn. Unfortunately she has to wait. He is super stubborn. Not too mention there is a new guy sniffing around Francine.

Well, somehow, I actually ended up liking this book. It probably has something to do with Francine being confident and cocky and not constantly going all angsty about her weight, and Alejandro's pure awesome, and the epic way that Francine and Alejandro interplay with both words and actions. Those two, yo, they're the shit. They made me enjoy this, somewhat against my will.

In this sequel to Delicate Freakn' Flower by the awesomest Eve Langlais. We follow Francine....best friend to Naomi. Every since she was a child, she knew Mitchell(Naomi's brother) was her mate. This series is still a top fluffy good read. I couldn't get into the males as much this time. Maybe my heart belongs to Javier. *grin* Alejandro was hot and I wanted more inside his head but Mitchell kinda left me cold. Francine is mouthy and adorably obnoxious and I loved every minute of her. I really liked the continuation of her friendship with Naomi. I also appreciated that her threesome didn't automatically end up mirroring Naomi's. It fit with Francine's character a lot better.

Yes, Eve Langlais has sucked me into her world of shifter threesomes. This is the second story in the Freakn' series, and it's just as funny, sexy and full of action. Usually when there is a love triangle, I love both men evenly, but Alejandro was my favorite in this book. Mitchell was too uptight for me and Alejandro was hot and funny. Very good second book in what is shaping up to be one of my favorite shifter series. This time around there's a best-friend's-brother but we are not subjected to years of pining and what pining is shown is funny. There's also a best-friend's-mate's-brother who acts as both a catalyst and third for this threesome. Alejandro and Mitchell are hilarious, together and apart. I enjoyed this book very much. It was a fast read. I hate it when a story just drags along. Certainly was not the case with this book. I read it straight through without stopping. This was a pretty good story but I had a hard time rating it. I really liked Alejandro and Francine but to be honest Mitchell was pretty much a jerk until the very end and brought the story down for me (I'd give it 3.5 stars), otherwise it would have been a 4 star at least. I did like the story though, am glad I read it and plan to proceed with the series.

This story never gets old. I have read and re-read it about five times now and I still, for the most part, love it. It's a pretty decent read with over 200 pages and plenty of witty humor. Most of the story is emotional drama, but it's done with so much flair and humor that I easily overlooked the length of time it took to really get the ball rolling.

The story of Francine is funny at some parts, scorching at others. Although Mitchell have some serious issues to resolve first, he makes it up in the end. And as for Alejandro, yum yum!Wish I have a man like that. There are some typos in the story like when the author said Javier instead of Alejandro in one of the scenes, she also didn't describe what Naomi's children are, just their weights. So i'm still curious...Overall it is a nice book to read.Gonna read the next one!

I have to say that I really enjoy Eve Langlais sense of humour. It makes reading her books that much more enjoyable. This one had great moments of humour. I like all the main characters, even if Mitchell at times was an complete idiot. It moved along and was nice seeing some of the other characters from Delicatin Freakn' Flower. I will be reading more of Eve Langlais.
Loved Francine! I love how she knew that Mitchell was her mate but couldn't convince the lughead. Stubborn pain in the butt. Alejandro was so freaking yummy! It was also nice to see the continuing story of Naomi, Ethan and Javier. I am in love with this series and will be starting the third today!
Liked story, really enjoy the shifter world (in most books) liked the 2 mates thing, wish there had been more sex, and that Mitchell would have figured out sooner that he belonged to Francine. Loved Jag, he was funny and sexy!
It was ok a little different than other ménage books I have read. In this one the two men did not know each other before they found the girl. So while, it was a different take on it I am not sure I liked it that much.
Two to-die-for men, raunchy talk, and humor all mashed up in this menage. An entertaining sexcapade that broaches hesitancy in of one of the males to accept polyamory in this second in the series.
I like the sex-kitten character that the heroine, Francine has going on, she has strength, cunning and sensuality. I defiantly like the two hot guys that Francine wants in her life (Alejandro and Mitchell), however I found Mitchell to be too stubborn. I felt like he only started to accept Francine because Alejandro wanted a relationship with her. That he didn’t want to accept Francine when she was by herself, was a sore point for me.

I didn't love it as much as 'Delicate Freakn Flower' I think that first book will always be my fave in the series but I still loved this book! Alejandro was so hot and sexy! I want my own Alejandro!
