This was a very short fun read about a young college age guy who has to learn a few lessons first before he is ready to hit the big town.

Anders comes to a gay bar in Manhattan on Halloween night to have some fun and hopefully get the attention of someone important in what he thinks of as his stylish vampire costume complete with capped teeth to look like fangs. He has left his southern roots, family, prospect of attending college behind and hopes to hit it big because of his looks. What he gets...more

About 2.5 stars. This story was a free download - thank you G.A. Hauser. I always enjoy vampire stories and this one was pretty interesting. The story turned a little too "dreamlike" for me at the end, enough so that I kept thinking "what the heck is going on?" I enjoy some surrealism, but I was a little confused by the ending of this story.

A great short-short: hot, creepy, thought-provoking. Messed with my mind in a good way, which I loved. At the end I was left wondering -- just like the main character -- "WTF just happened?"

Can't beat it for a free short! I'm definitely in checking out more by G.A. Hauser!

So I saw this title and just had to get it. I mean, seriously. I had to check it out. It's s kinda cute, kinda hot long sex romp for one Anders Anderson and Daniel Wolf. Surprising ending as well.

It just seemed like someone padded some flash fiction with stuff that didn't need to be in there to claim it was a short story. It just didn't work or come together.

This was short and a very interesting. It had an eeriness about it that really had me wondering where it would end up. I didn't see the ending coming, and I'm curious about Daniel's life. I would read a sequel to this story.

2.5 Stars

An okay story, sometimes shorts just need to be longer *lol* There just wasn't enough here to really have time to enjoy it. I feel like I'm missing the before and after and only got a tease of what this could have been. I'm giving it an extra 1/2 star because it was free.

This was a super short read. It seemed like one big sex scene. There really wasn't depth to the story. There didn't appear to be a plot line. I thought it was an interesting idea but just didn't grab me at all.
