"Training For Dummies" by Elaine Biech is an excellent guide for anyone who wants to, or is, doing trainings on any level. It is very true that just because you know something, does not mean you can teach it. Having taught in numerous venues, including the military, Jr. High Schools, Universities, business organizations, martial arts, and legal continuing education courses, I've always worked to become a better teacher. A great introduction to training! It provides a comprehensive overview of the training process with additional insights sprinkled throughout the book. There is something here for everyone, from new trainers to seasoned veterans. I also love the Dummies format. They make some awesome guide books!
