Strange story from the early days of science fiction. Originally published in two parts in the first two issues of Astounding Stories of Super-Science, in January & February 1930.

There's a lot going on in this story. We have an expedition to discover the South Pole that finds a tunnel into a hollow earth, populated by giant insects, people, and who knows what else.
