Die Kochbücher preisen uns wundervolle Rezepte an, die wir unbedingt nachkochen möchten und sobald man in die Zutatenliste schaut, fragt man sich meistens: Was ist das überhaupt für eine Zutat? Wo kommt sie her und wie schaut sie aus? Recommends it for: Anyone who cooks.
This is a large book of beautiful photographs of every possible ingredient for cooking that you could ever come across. Anything I'm unsure of, such as what a sultana is (a dried grape often used in British scone recipes) or what Gruyere cheese should be used for, I can look up and see a beautiful photo and an explanation.

The reason I'm adding it to my list is because it's such a wonderful reference, I can't even tell you. I got it a few years ago from the discount shelves at Barnes and Noble,...more
