Recommends it for: any person with pent-up energies and an open-mind
Not just about sex! A wonderful guide about the arts of Tantra as a whole that offers advice, testimonials, and allows you to have a healthy dialogue with both your partner and yourself. It has taught me how to focus my energy and not only dispel negativity, but also help the positive energies grow.
