A few months ago, the very lovely Dave Ursillio sent me a copy of his first book ‘Lead Without Followers’. I just got around to reading it over the weekend and enjoyed it so much that I’ve since paid full price.

I'm not quite sure who is audience was....but it definitely wasn't me. I had to fight to finish the book...I kept hoping it would get better...but for me it didn't. I think he'd be a good fiction writer though...he's good with descriptive language, but for this genre, which i'm gonna throw in the motivation/self-help area with a new age influence...it just didn't work.
In Lead without Followers, Dave Ursillo has put together a book that pushes the boundaries of what “traditional” leadership has become. He asks his readers to rise to the challenge to do what’s right and lead without having anyone follow them – because that’s how the new leaders of tomorrow will be discovered. A great read from this first-time author.
