Out of this collection i read The Lost Daughter. I must say that this book is a fantastic read. It captivated me from the very first page. I got lost in the book and as i turned each page i couldnt wait to find out what was going to happen. I was thrilled that the main character CeCe was safe throughout her life after becoming Eve, but i was sad at the end when she lost her self control. Marian + Naomi kept on telling her not to let her guard down and eventually she did. But i gave this 4 stars ...more

The Lost Daughter is an absorbing tale of love and retribution. Chamberlain writes with her customary insight into the minds and actions of her characters. The storyline is gripping - we knew from the outset that CeeCee/Eve would confess to her past wrongs - but that didn't detract at all from the tension and narrative drive. I read the lost daughter. At the beginning of this book i was a bit confused as it started with corinne and then the next chapter was about cece but after these initial chapters i got into the book. I'm so pleased i read this book and once again will miss the main characters as i have become emotionally involved with them.

This is not the only book by this author that i will read as i enjoyed this book a great deal.

Would recommend this author to anyone who loves Jodi picoult's books :)

Have read the lost daughter, great book. The writing style of this author is quite similar to Jodie Picoult in the way she flips between characters each chapter. This is sometimes a bit confusing but it all makes sense in the end. However the content of her books is far more interesting than picoult and I would say her books are consistently good.

This is for Bay at Midnight. There was no individual listing. Her books are so good you can't put them down. Lots of twists.
