This is one of the two or three best of more than a dozen books I have read on watercolor painting. The emphasis is on whole figures in their setting, not portraits or nudes. But the general principles of watercolor painting taught here apply to all subject matter.
Beautiful book, an amazing artist. I love Laurel's artwork and have many paintings in my home. A great book for anyone interested in learning how to watercolor.
