An utterly bizarre textbook. Accessible and contains plenty of gems, but dragged down by that it contained far too much poorly thought out summaries of other findings. For example, a chapter was taken from Paul Ekman's study regard to non verbal communications, yet without mentioning the caveats in Ekman's own book regard to the lack of absolution.
