A beautiful collection of poetry that while using simple terminology, is complex in emotion and feeling. I am not a huge poetry buff by any means but this book made me feel quite a wide array of emotions and it's hard for a book to do that for me.
Besides that I do not know what to say because isn't the sole purpose of poetry to move us? This book succeeded in that quite well.

It helped me to understand some parts of life. I hope the author will write more books.
Yoshira Marbel's poetry is deceptively simple in form, but contains a well of dark emotion which she tackles fiercely in this collection. While perhaps not the most poetically technical collection of verse you will ever read, the sharp honesty that runs through every poem straight through to the kiss offs in the acknowledgements make it well worth the look.
