I picked up a copy at the local Costco for $8. Best Costco purchase of the year. If you're reading (or teaching) BOM this year in Sunday School you should read this book. I love the direct correlation and comparison of the life of Christ that is told through the lectures of the author. It's not a quick read and you'll waste your time if you try to burn through it--but there is incredible food for thought for those who really study its message.

Loved the insight this book gave me in understanding more thoroughly the book of Third Nephi. I learned with such power and clarity the true meaning of the gospel. I'm sure I will have to read this several times to understand it's true depth.

Great little read on the doctrinally-loaded book of Third Nephi. It makes sense to label this the "Fifth Gospel", as it recounts the teachings from Christ's mouth.....just like that of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. As usual, Skinner provides interesting commentary and insight.

Lot's of great concepts and discussion, but this could have used another good edit. I felt like Skinner spent a lot of time trying to convince me of the importance of 3rd Nephi rather than just expounding its teachings.

Excellent book that helps the reader to understand the book of Third Nephi better.
