The introduction gives some helpful hints for anyone planning on walking this stretch of the pilgrimage trail in southern France. The rest of the book is a step-by-step guide to keep you from getting lost. I like that it is pretty specific about what might be confusing intersections by saying not only 'Turn right here' but also 'Don't take the left turn.' Of course, it's hard to know how good a guide is until you actually try to follow it.
