Love this book! I'm learning so much about nutrition. It lists all these "wonderfoods," all its benefits, and includes recipes and other ways you can use each one. For example, the pages on bananas tells you how to use it as a conditioner -- and how to make a great milkshake! :)
I really liked how this book had both in depth goodness focusing upon the vitamins, minerals, and other small but helpful things that the human body needs to survive, while giving recipes for the reading person to try. Good idea.
