Firstly I would like to say thank you to the author for sending me this book to review.
I really liked the sounds of this book, even though I’m not a big sci-fi fan. When I first read about it, it reminded me of Alien, and that is one of my favourite films ever (Alien 3 being the best lol).
The book was very easy to get into, no boring first few chapters thankfully. I hate it when it takes forever to actually get into a story. I did have a few problems at first keeping up with all the character na...more

I'm not really a Sci-Fi fan, but this book was good enough to covert me. Based in deep space abord an amazing ship.... suddenly and without expectation... things go very very wrong.
Well written and obviously researched. Author G.R. Holton writes professionally and captivatingly. Drawing you into his alien-like setting, intoducing you to some very realistic characters, and also giving you the creeps!
Great book! I suggest you read it!

As a rule, tales of ghosts revolve around a haunted house or object the person cherished in life. G.R. Holton flawlessly takes the formula for a good haunted tale and places it on a space station in the future. It reminded me of the setting for the Alien movies and kept me riveted throughout. I'd highly recommend Deep Screams for any science fiction and suspense fans out there.
This book was an absolute pleasure to read.
