My father, a therapist, recommended this book to me...well, mostly to my boyfriend but I ended up reading it for a completely different reason. Even if you don't have a "major" issue you need to work on, this book gives you some great ideas about how to handle hassles in your every day life and to change your way of thinking. Don't let the title throw you off! This is a very good book with practical approaches to solving your nagging problems, many of which stem from behaviorial patterns.
