Much better than the other book I read, but still only really helpful for inter-personal relationships. Intra-personal relationships are pretty much left for people to solve on their own. I guess that's fitting.

My father, a therapist, recommended this book to me...well, mostly to my boyfriend but I ended up reading it for a completely different reason. Even if you don't have a "major" issue you need to work on, this book gives you some great ideas about how to handle hassles in your every day life and to change your way of thinking. If what you're doing isn't improving the situation...try something different! Thanks, Dad!
