Shanny is a wonderful person who is able to channel all kinds of feelings into heartfelt, sincere poetry. More than once, you'll be smiling or giggling to yourself while reading a piece to suddenly find that you've had the rug swept out from under you by a heartbreaking, personal revelation.

This one covers all the emotions. You sink right into the thing.
Poetry that's personable, non-stodgy, funny, heartbreaking, funny again, tear-inducing, and overall optimistic? Well done, Shanny!
Folks, real out loud laughs and actual salty tears. What more could you want? Oh wait, there's also a love letter to Jeff Goldblum & a giant cookie recipe poem? Yes!

a beautiful combination of science, art, poetry, humor and heartache.
i love how the poems are divided into parts, a hypothesis' outline (?) and how she's very genuinely sincere about everything, including her feelings towards her friends, family, babies and husband.
