We have really enjoyed the books in the Nancy Drew and the Clue Crew series overall, but we didn't really like this one very much. The girls in the Clue Crew get into an argument that is very contrived and implausible. The spite with which Bess treats her cousin is not nice and the friendship is turned on and off and back on again like a lightswitch. Interesting, but predictable mystery.

A good book. Sorta sorta. But it was about the Clue Crew fighting. I thought that wouldn't be good. When I got to the middle I thought this is really good and I'm going to read the rest. And then I loved it.

My favorite type of books are regular and mystery and I like trying to figure out the mystery so that's why I liked this book
