Really good looking recipes, great guides to sprouting, blending, juicing, etc, and decent information about why raw food is good for you, what the different categories of food are, etc. However, the writing is SO OBNOXIOUS. I'd like to live a healthy lifestyle without reappropriating the yinyang and without pseudo spiritualism ("This food's element is Fire, because it is energizing." "Food made with anger is will never help your body."). Just give me the facts, please. Also, on a personal level ...more
