I thought this book was weak, poorly written, and one of the least useful books of non-fiction I've read. The prose was stilted and inconsistent, and while some of the illustrative stories were interesting, most were prosaic and forced to serve the author's purpose.

I really liked this book. Another read would probably help me since I am very left-brained, but I thought the value of storytelling is well developed.
