This book, though not totally against the value of traditional education, points out the ineffectiveness of the system to help us grapple with work life's real challenges. I could relate with a lot of its points, such as:

- Graduation is not the end of life's challenges.
- Real life is not about getting straight A's.
- Seeking perfection is the reason we avoid failure, which is necessary to real learning.

The book tangles fundamential topics for the success of an individum. It is definetely an interesting one to read and I do recommend it to everybody, who is just starting with making thoughts and efforts for personal evaluation and improval. The author has rich experience in different fields and exactly that makes the book quite accessible for vast circle of readers, as the examples mentioned inside can reach almost anybody. I wish I read this book before I left school! It would have helped me to make less mistakes choosing a career, at work and in life in general.
I recommend to everyone, but especially to young people.
