You can tell they put a lot of effort into this cover. I mean, just look at how different it is from the first cover! They changed her dress' train, changed the sky and even tilted the model's body! *phew* I don't know how you cover designers do it. Really.
Goshdamn. I have to read New Moon again this sequel to Carrier of the Mark so I know what shitty, ridiculously enjoyable incidents occur with Bella and Edward Megan and Adam.

Um, if the first one is any indication this one will be like New Moon and I didn't like New Moon...Oh, and that's not the only reason I'm not reading it. This author left a bad taste in my mouth with her antics. Bullying a reviewer is never justified, just saying.
Wow. I am even more in love. Again Fallon has you hooked, it picks right back up and it doesn't disappoint.
Megan and Adam are willing to be together no matter what. This book really tests them both. I know I was on an emotional roller coaster, so I can feel for Megan. But my heart was just breaking with some of the choices they both had made. In this book a lot of relationships, and friendships are put to the test. Who you can and can't trust. So much is going through Megan's head, her feelings...more

Shadow Of The Mark is the greatest sequel I have read in a long time. Fallon has a way with writing a story that grips you right from the very beginning and keeping you there to the end. This story is about love and so much more.
Megan and Adam are destined to be together or are they? How can a love be so right and so wrong? How can Megan love Adam and Adam love Megan knowing that they are both marked and the marked can never be with each other. If they do come together there will be dire consequ...more

I was lucky to receive an ARC copy of Shadow of the Mark. A book I have been eagerly awaiting to devour since I read the last page of the first entry, Carrier of the Mark.
Fallon is an expert, a master in her craft. She brings readers to majestic Ireland, and paints a perfect portrait of the life, landscape and people of the Emerald Isle. That is one of my favourite things about reading, the aspect of being uprooted from your life and taken away to a whole new world. The world Fallon has created...more

Wow. That cover.
Such differentiation. The purple and poofs, I would've never have thought that it was the same stock image simply flipped and color replaced.
Outstanding.
Perfection.
Incredible.
I want your genius, cover designer.

I critiqued Leigh's first draft and I can't wait to read the final book!!! Very seldom to I love a sequel more than the original, but now and then it happens, and this is one of those times. :)

This series had a beautiful start! I can not wait to see what the future holds for this group of characters. Here to hoping it will get released earlier.

Wow, you guys... I am in awe of this cover's originality and creativity.
I also love how distinct it is from the first one. They are so different from each other, it was difficult for me to realize this is part of the same series.

I swear if one more person makes a jab at the cover design I will scream. Hasn't anyone ever heard to never judge a book by its cover.

In short
I was born in South Africa, raised in Dublin, Ireland and moved to Cork in my 20’s. While living in beautiful Kinsale, Co Cork I discovered a love of writing. I write mainly for the young adult market. My current book, The Carrier of the Mark, prompted me to abandon my ‘riveting’ career in corporate treasury and have been writing ever since. I have another three books in the Carrier series...more
