Shelves: tai-chi
A most interesting attempt at explaining the mysterious workings of tai chi through the eyes of a western tai chi player. Most interesting. I have read it several times, and as I improve and study my own personal tai chi I find that it has many truths. A deserving read, and reread and again and again.
